Mr. Amitava Saha

Mr. Amitava Saha is President of Human Resources at Biocon.

Mr. Saha has nearly two decades of experience in Human Resource (HR) management with companies like Firstsource Solutions, Mashreq Bank, Accenture and Infosys.

At Infosys, Mr Saha handled various talent acquisition responsibilities before managing human resources for the company’s global sales force. He was also responsible for setting up the recruitment practice for Accenture BPO’s voice business in India before moving to Dubai with Mashreq Bank, where he managed their HR function. Prior to joining Biocon in 2013, Mr. Saha was heading Talent Acquisition and HR for Firstsource Solutions’ APAC business.

Mr. Saha has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM, Calcutta.
